Shipping policy

Every JODA order ships direct from Seoul, South Korea.

Rates (United States)

• Orders $45 and up: free shipping
• Orders under $45: $5.95 flat rate

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery to the US typically takes 5–8 business days after shipping. Alaska, Hawaii and Guam can take longer.

Duties and taxes

US import duties are included in your price. You won't pay anything extra on delivery.

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Customs delays

Occasionally a package is selected for a random customs inspection, which can add 5–10 days. This is out of our control, but we'll keep an eye on it with you.

International orders

We also ship to select countries for a $20 flat rate. Delivery times and local duties vary by country.
